At JustFitIn, we want you to love what you wear! If you're not completely satisfied, we've made returns and exchanges simple and fair.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Applicable on all outerwear purchased directly from JustFitIn.com.

  • Not applicable on clearance sale items, special promotions, or bundled items (e.g., free gifts with purchase).

  • First-time underwear purchases are covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee if unused and reported within 15 days.

🚫 Do Not Return Before Confirmation

Please wait for confirmation from our team before sending any items back. Returns sent without approval may not be processed.

🔄 How Returns Work

  1. Request a Return/Exchange: Contact us via email: [support@justfitin.com].

  2. Inspection: Once received, our quality team will inspect the item.

  3. Approval: If approved, we’ll notify you via email/SMS.

  4. Refunds:

    • Prepaid orders – Amount refunded to the original payment method within 15 business days.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Refunds issued as a Gift Card, valid for 1 year.

📦 Pickup & Shipping Info

  • If your location isn’t serviceable for pickup, you may self-ship the item. Courier charges up to ₹70 will be reimbursed.

  • Please share the courier receipt with our support team for reimbursement.

  • A ₹99 shipping fee will be charged on any repeat return/exchange for the same order.

  • A ₹29 shipping & handling fee applies on all orders over ₹599.

📌 Important Notes

  • Items purchased with gift cards are only eligible for exchange, not return.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Any sign of wear or missing components may result in rejection of the return.

🛍️ Discounts & Offers

  • Discount codes are for one-time use and cannot be reused if the order is cancelled.

  • Offers are valid for a limited time and may change without notice.

  • Only one discount code can be applied per order.

  • Not applicable on gift cards or sale items unless specified.

🚫 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, if not yet shipped.

🚚 Wrong or Defective Products

Received the wrong product, size, or color? Or found something defective? Reach out to us within 2 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos & video of the product and packaging (mandatory)

  • Description of the issue

📽️ Unboxing Video Required

For any damage or defect claims, an unboxing video is mandatory to validate your return.

🔍 Quality Control Guidelines

We maintain strict quality checks. Any product showing signs of wear, tampering, or without tags/accessories will be rejected.

📦 Pickup Attempt

Only one pickup attempt will be made. If the product isn’t handed over, the return will be automatically closed.
