At JustFitIn, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver your products quickly and provide a smooth exchange process. Please read our Shipping & Exchange Policy carefully.

🚚 Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details.

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-8 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

⚠️ Note: Delays may occur due to weather, high demand, or courier service issues.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 may apply.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a handling fee of ₹60.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp once the order is shipped. You can also track it via our Order Tracking Page.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. We're happy to help you with a size exchange or product swap under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.

  • Only one free exchange per order is allowed.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Innerwear, socks, and customized products are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” are not eligible.

Exchange Process

  1. Raise an exchange request via email at support@justfitin.com or WhatsApp at +91-63587-29768.

  2. Provide your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

  3. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your location.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch the replacement.

Exchanges are completely free for the first request. For multiple exchanges on the same order, shipping charges may apply.

💸 Refunds & Cancellations

We currently do not offer refunds. However, in case of:

  • Wrong product sent

  • Damaged item received

  • Size unavailable for exchange

A store credit or exchange will be issued.
