JustFitIn – Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At JustFitIn, we believe in a smooth, transparent, and customer-first shopping experience. If something doesn't work out, we're here to help with easy returns, exchanges, and clear refund guidelines.

1. Risk-Free Return (First Purchase Only)

Trying JustFitIn for the first time? Don’t stress. If the product or size doesn’t meet your expectations, our Risk-Free Return policy covers you.

Valid only on your first purchase.
Not applicable on Thermals, Athleisure, Free Gifts, Clearance Sales, Electric Toothbrushes, and Accessories like Earphones.

2. Innerwear – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • First-time customer? We offer a 15-day return or exchange on your first innerwear order, as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

  • Tried a bundle pack? Please try only one item. If the remaining items are unused and unwashed, you’re eligible for an exchange.

  • Products must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with tags and packaging intact.

  • Not satisfied with the resolution? We'll refund the product amount, excluding shipping.

Refund timelines:

  • Prepaid Orders – Refunded to the original payment source within 15 business days.

  • COD Orders – Refunded as a Gift Card valid for future purchases (no expiry).

❗ Items purchased using Gift Cards are only eligible for exchange, not refund.

3. Outerwear – 15-Day Easy Returns/Exchanges

  • Enjoy hassle-free returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery for all outerwear.

  • Not applicable on Thermals, Athleisure, Accessories, Clearance Sales, or Special Sale Events.

  • Prefer a refund instead of an exchange? We’ll issue a product-only refund (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Refunds follow the same timelines and methods as above.

To initiate a return/exchange:

  1. Contact support at support@justfitin.com within 15 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, product photos, and invoice.

  3. We will arrange pickup within 7 days. Ensure the product is in original condition with all tags, barcodes, and packaging intact.

If we are unable to fulfill the exchange due to stock unavailability, a refund will be initiated instead.

4. Non-Eligible Return/Exchange Scenarios

We will not be able to accept your return/exchange request if:

  • The item is used, washed, or damaged.

  • The product is returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.

  • The item is returned after 15 days of delivery.

  • The product is purchased with a Gift Card (eligible for exchange only).

  • Return is initiated without confirmation from our support team.

5. Return & Exchange Process

  • Do not ship any product without prior confirmation.

  • Once received, products go through quality checks.

  • We’ll notify you via email/SMS once your request is accepted or rejected.

  • For pincode areas not serviceable by courier, we’ll request self-shipping. Courier charges up to ₹70 will be reimbursed (share the shipping receipt with us).

Note: ₹99 shipping charge will apply for any repeat return/exchange on the same order.

6. Quality Assurance & Defects

We uphold high product quality standards. In rare cases of a defect (beyond normal wear and tear):

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Email: support@justfitin.com.

  • Include: Order number, product style code, size, color, and clear images of the defect.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placement, if not shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Campaign & Sale Terms (e.g., Clearance, Black Friday, Undiependence, etc.)

  • Innerwear during sales: Return/Exchange allowed only on first purchase.

  • From the second purchase onward, no return/exchange is applicable on innerwear.

  • Outerwear during sales: No returns allowed. Exchanges within 15 days are permitted.

  • If exchanging with a higher-value item, pay the price difference. Refunds for lower-value swaps take 7–10 business days.

  • Color preferences during exchange are subject to availability and may be chargeable.

9. Payment Partner Campaigns – SNAPMINT

  • Cashback is valid only on the first Snapmint transaction per user.

  • Valid between 08 Feb – 20 Feb (Campaign Period).

  • Cashback is credited to the Snapmint wallet on the day the final EMI is paid, only if all payments are made on time.

  • In case of refunds or cancellations, cashback eligibility will be voided.

  • Partial refunds will result in proportionate cashback.
